Jennifer Ross Art

Jennifer Ross gathers her inspiration from memory, family, and the raw materials of nature to craft her distinctive artistic style. With a deep connection to the animals of her life, including a love of horses and the beautiful birds of the Midwest, Jennifer has learned to use their symbolic significance to inform her work. Her pieces have conveyed the safety of home through the structure of a bird’s nest, or the fragility of life through the broken eggshells she intricately connects to reconstruct the forms of eggs and into the anatomy of horses. Her artistic journey has led to her work being featured in exhibitions around the country, as well as recognition by the Cornell Lab for Ornithology and the Women’s Works juried exhibition.
